Baldies' Blog began originally in the UK by a 26 year old journalist with a blood cancer on a mission to inform the world about bone marrow donation.

He has since died, and I took on the cause of making cancer care more transparent for everybody.

Cancer is a disease that will touch everybody through diagnosis or affiliation: 1 in 2 men will be diagnosed and 1 in 3 woman will hear those words, "You Have Cancer."

I invite you to read how I feel along my journey and
how I am continuing to live a full life alongside my Hodgkin's lymphoma, with me controlling my cancer, not my cancer controlling me.

I hope that "Baldies' Blog" will prepare you to handle whatever life sends you, but especially if it's the message, "You Have Cancer."

Status Quo Has Got To Go: Start At Anthem

Big Insurance is spending $641 million per day to defeat health care reform. Insurance companies have a history of putting profits before people, and they are trying to scare hardworking Americans into accepting the status quo so they can protect their own profit margins.

Last week 70 people from all over the state rallied outside of Anthem Insurance in Manchester to protest the company's practices and profits.

Please join us on Tuesday, October 6th from 12 - 1 p.m. outside of Anthem Insurance in Manchester (3000 Goffs Falls Road) for a rally in support of health care reform and to protest insurance company practices and profits!

Can't make the rally?

You can still help - click here to send an email to Anthem's NH President urging him to meet with us that day at 12:30 p.m. outside of their facility.

We are also looking for volunteers on Tuesday and/or Wednesday to help make phone calls to members and urge them to contact Senator Gregg in support of health care reform. Click here to volunteer!
Please join us on Tuesday to tell Big Insurance that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

THE STATUS QUO HAS GOT TO GO!
