Baldies' Blog began originally in the UK by a 26 year old journalist with a blood cancer on a mission to inform the world about bone marrow donation.

He has since died, and I took on the cause of making cancer care more transparent for everybody.

Cancer is a disease that will touch everybody through diagnosis or affiliation: 1 in 2 men will be diagnosed and 1 in 3 woman will hear those words, "You Have Cancer."

I invite you to read how I feel along my journey and
how I am continuing to live a full life alongside my Hodgkin's lymphoma, with me controlling my cancer, not my cancer controlling me.

I hope that "Baldies' Blog" will prepare you to handle whatever life sends you, but especially if it's the message, "You Have Cancer."

New Hampshire Women

Three men were sitting together bragging about how they had given their new wives duties. The first man had married a woman from Ohio and had told her that she was responsible for the dishes and house cleaning.
It took a couple of days, but on the third day he came home to see a clean house and dishes washed and put away.
The second man had married a woman from Florida . He had given his wife orders that she was to do all the cleaning, dishes, and the cooking.
The first day he didn't see any results but the next day he saw it was better. By the third day, he saw his house was clean the dishes were done, and there was a huge dinner on the table.
The third man had married a beautiful girl from New Hampshire . He told her that her duties were to keep the house cleaned, dishes washed, lawn mowed, laundry done, and hot meals on the table for every meal.
He said the first day he didn't see anything, the second day he didn't see anything but by the third day some of the swelling had gone down and he could see a little out of his left eye enough to fix himself a sandwich and load the dishwasher.
