Baldies' Blog began originally in the UK by a 26 year old journalist with a blood cancer on a mission to inform the world about bone marrow donation.

He has since died, and I took on the cause of making cancer care more transparent for everybody.

Cancer is a disease that will touch everybody through diagnosis or affiliation: 1 in 2 men will be diagnosed and 1 in 3 woman will hear those words, "You Have Cancer."

I invite you to read how I feel along my journey and
how I am continuing to live a full life alongside my Hodgkin's lymphoma, with me controlling my cancer, not my cancer controlling me.

I hope that "Baldies' Blog" will prepare you to handle whatever life sends you, but especially if it's the message, "You Have Cancer."

Hey baby girl! How are you feelin' with the new goods? You haven't left my mind for a second today. I'm so psyched that, well as you put it: "it's on now"! I wanted to share with you a couple of inspirational quotes that I hold close:

"To climb steep hills requires a slow pace at first." Shakespeare

"The thing always happens that you really believe in; and the belief in a thing makes it happen." Frank Loyd Wright

"Life is a pure flame,
and we live by an invisible sun within us." Sir Thomas Brown

KINDA KORNY but I like em'...
I'm really looking forward to seeing you soon. I'm going to a benefit on Saturday for another friend of mine who is dealing with breast cancer, so I unfortunatly won't be able to come to the one thier having for you in NH. I wish I could be at both!! Anyhow, I love you very much Hill and don't you forget it!
